**We also encourage patients to check their specific insurance plan's coverage, copay, deductible and surgical pre-certification requirements. Our staff is available to assist you with any pre-certifications which are required.

BILLING INFORMATION

WE BELIEVE EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE ACCESS TO THE HEALTH CARE THEY NEED. THEREFORE, PAYMENT PLANS ARE AVAILABLE, REGARDLESS OF INSURANCE COVERAGE.

• If you would like to set up a payment plan, please let us know prior to your appointment. We will make every attempt to accommodate your financial needs and make your medical costs affordable.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE:
Our staff will assist you in making arrangements based on your financial situation. Please call our office if you have any questions.

STANDARD BILLING PROCEDURES:
We use a medical billing company specialized in processing your insurance claims and payments effectively and accurately. This also gives the rest of our office staff more time to concentrate on our primary concern- YOUR CARE!

• Please make sure to always bring your current insurance card with you to your appointment.
• The co-payment amount, required by your insurance company, is due at the time of your appointment.
• Our billing office will then file a claim with your insurance company.
• After we have received reimbursement from the insurance company, you will receive a statement from us if any additional balance is due.
